Terms of Service(Legal terms governing access to and use of JROTC CCC)

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of JROTC CCC (the "Service"), operated by Carey Unlimited LLC ("we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

The Service provides tools for managing and coordinating JROTC competition-related activities and communications.

The Service is intended for use by schools, instructors, program administrators, and authorized personnel.

2. Eligibility and Authority

You represent that:

You are at least 18 years old, or
You are using the Service on behalf of a school or organization and have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
All activity that occurs under your account
Ensuring information you provide is accurate and authorized

We are not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your account.

4. Information Collected

The Service collects only the following personal information:

Name
Email address
Phone number

Use of this information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

5. Data Use and Data Sales

We use collected information only to:

Operate and maintain the Service
Communicate regarding account activity or competition-related matters
Provide support and system notifications

We do not sell, rent, trade, or monetize user data. Ever.

6. Payment Processing

Payments for the Service are processed through a third-party payment processor, Stripe.

We do not store or process credit card information directly. All payment information is handled securely by Stripe in accordance with their terms and privacy policies.

By submitting payment information, you authorize us to charge applicable fees through Stripe.

7. Fees and Billing

Fees and payment terms are presented at the time of purchase.

You agree to pay all applicable fees associated with your use of the Service.

Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or termination of access.

8. Refunds and Cancellations

All payments are final and non-refundable.

We do not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

Unused time
Account termination
Service availability issues
User error or misunderstanding

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

9. Payment Disputes

You agree to contact us before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension or termination of your account.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for unlawful or non-JROTC purposes
Misuse or attempt to access data you are not authorized to access
Interfere with or disrupt the operation or security of the Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of this section.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time for:

Violation of these Terms
Misuse of the Service
Legal or regulatory requirements

Termination does not relieve you of payment obligations incurred prior to termination.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."

We make no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of data, competition outcomes, or rankings
Payment processing errors caused by third-party providers

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
